Welcome to the Keele and Staffordshire Police Knowledge Forum.
What is this website?
This website is a collection of resources and information which has been produced as part of a collaboration between Staffordshire Police, The Office of the Commissioner for Police, Fire and Rescue and Crime for Staffordshire, Keele University, Staffordshire University and a range of regional partners including local government, community safety partnerships and other key participants. Our collaboration has been enabled thanks to funding from the Home Office, The College of Policing and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) through the Police Knowledge Fund (PKF). This funding ran until March 31st 2017 but the work of this collaboration continues beyond that date and we continue to work collaboratively with a range of partners.
Who is this website for?
This site is designed to bring together in one place a range of resources and information that is of use to anyone interested in building and maintaining safer and stronger communities through partnership work and sharing knowledge and information. This site is part of a wider set of developments in Staffordshire and in the first instance these resources are intended to be of use to Police and partner agencies, community groups and residents in Staffordshire, although many of the resources are openly available to anyone, and you are welcome to use them. If Police or Community Safety colleagues from outside Staffordshire would like to access pass-word protected content on this site, please contact email@example.com via your pnn.police.uk or gov.uk e-mail account.
How to use this site?
This site is intended to be a useful resource for Police staff but also for other partner organisations and groups that work with the Police to tackle and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable individuals and communities, provide earliest help and support to individuals, families and communities and generally work in a multi-agency collaborative framework to help deliver and maintain stronger and safer communities.
